Ace Brow & Skin Beauty doesn’t offer refund to clients. If the customers are not served according to what they paid for, Ace Brow will not be reluctant to compensate for it.
Ace Brow will offer complementary items to clients that can compensate for their dissatisfaction with our services. Furthermore, Ace Brow will dedicate its efforts to offering a replacement against the services with which the client is not fully satisfied.
In order to acquire the reimbursement for such services, clients must place a request within 7 days of receiving the services of Ace Brow & Skin Beauty. Clients must provide a valid proof of payment, and upon careful perusal of the case and its identification as a genuine excuse, Ace Brow may offer a complementary service. Moreover, such a request has to be made in person, face to face.
