Shipping and Returns

General

Stock availability is subject to change. We make every effort to keep our stock counts accurate on our website, but there may be a stock disparity from time to time, and we may not be able to fulfil all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship the available products to you and contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

During checkout, shipping charges are computed depending on the weight, size, and delivery location of the products in the order. The cost of shipping will be added to the purchase price.
It will constitute as the ultimate figure for the customer's shipping costs.

Returns and Refund

Return due to Change of Mind

Fab&Dye will gladly accept returns for change of mind as long as the request is made within 14 days of receiving the item and the item is returned to us in its original packing, unused, and in a condition in which it can be resold.
Customers will qualify for a refund if the aforementioned conditions are met.
Return shipment will be at the customer's responsibility, and they will be responsible for making their own arrangements.
Refunds will be granted as store credit (in case you make any purchase in the future) once returns have been received and accepted. We will send you an email once this process comes to an end.
Fab&Dye will refund the cost of the returned items but not the cost of any shipping charges.

Warranty Returns

If a legitimate warranty claim is lodged within 90 days of receiving the items, Fab&Dye will gladly honour it.
Customers will be forced to pay for return postage up front, but we will reimburse you if your warranty claim is successful.
You should anticipate Fab&Dye to complete your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the items for return.
You will have the option of receiving a refund to your payment method, a refund in store credit, or a new item delivered to you once your warranty claim is confirmed (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

Domestic shipments typically take 2 to 7 days to arrive.

Transit Time Internationally

Orders delivered internationally typically take 4 to 22 days to arrive. This fluctuates a lot depending on the courier you choose. When you select your courier during checkout, we will be able to provide a more precise estimate.

Dispatch Time

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.
Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with the exception of national holidays, when it is closed. We take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum in these situations.

Change of Delivery Address

We can amend the delivery address for change of address requests at any time before the order is sent.

P.O. Box Shipping

Fab&Dye will only use postal services to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We are not able to provide courier services to these addresses.

Military Address Shipping

We may ship to military addresses through USPS. Using courier services, we are unable to provide this service.

Items Out of Stock

In case an item is unavailable or out of stock, we will hold off on shipping your purchase until it becomes available. While we wait for this item, existing products in the order will be held in reserve.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Please inform us if the delivery time has surpassed the estimated time so that we can investigate.

Delivery Service Providers

Fab&Dye uses Australia Post for local and international delivery of its products.

Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive a tracking link by Australia Post upon dispatch, which they can use to track the progress of their package using the most recent updates provided by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transportation, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer support as soon as possible. If you were not present when the package was delivered, please contact customer service for instructions.

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax

The price of the goods as listed on the website already includes sales tax.

Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import charges and taxes that must be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Fab&Dye recommends that you consider these expenses before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay customs and taxes when you arrive in your destination country, the items will be returned to Fab&Dye at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The initial delivery fee will not be reimbursed.

Cancellations

We can accept cancellations at any time until the order has been dispatched if you change your mind before receiving your order. Please see our refund policy if your order has already been shipped.

Insurance

Parcels are protected against loss and damage up to the courier's quoted value.

Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit

As soon as the courier has concluded their inquiry into the claim, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Process for Parcel Lost in-Transit

As soon as the carrier has completed an investigation and determined that the parcel is missing, we will execute a refund or replacement.
